Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Draft It All website, Draft Management tools, Team Management workspaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating or using an account, accepting an invitation, creating or joining an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Draft It All Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Draft It All provides administrative tools that help adult-authorized leagues, clubs, teams, and other organizations create organizations and divisions, manage teams, upload participant information, conduct player check-in and evaluations, configure and conduct drafts, publish and manage team workspaces, communicate with adult team members, maintain calendars and attendance, and export authorized information.
Draft It All supports Snake, Linear, Manual, and Auction draft formats. Auction drafts use virtual allocation units only. Draft It All does not provide wagering, sports betting, cash prizes, redeemable credits, or gambling services.
Draft It All is an independent technology service. It does not operate, supervise, or govern any organization using the Service and does not make participant eligibility, placement, coaching, disciplinary, medical, custody, or league-governance decisions.
Draft It All is not currently offered or marketed primarily for K-12 school purposes. School-purpose use may require a separate agreement and legal review.
2. Eligibility and Adult-Only Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create, hold, access, or use a Draft It All account. No person under 18 may receive login credentials or use another person’s account.
Minor participants may appear only as non-login participant or roster records created and managed by authorized adults. Children may not submit information directly through the Service.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, the information you provide is accurate, you are authorized to act in your assigned role, and your use complies with applicable law and organization requirements.
3. Accounts, Authentication, and Security
Draft It All uses email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and the devices used to access the Service.
- Use only an email address you are authorized to access.
- Keep your account limited to your own use.
- Do not share login codes, authentication links, or account access.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Keep your account and profile information accurate.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from Draft It All’s failure to use safeguards required by applicable law.
Draft It All may keep a user signed in on a trusted device and may expire or revoke sessions for security, inactivity, access removal, or other operational reasons.
4. Organizations, Roles, and Access
A user who creates an organization becomes its owner commissioner unless the Service states otherwise. Owner commissioners may create or delete organizations and divisions, assign or remove commissioners and managers, create teams, manage participant data, configure and conduct drafts, publish Team Management workspaces, and export authorized information.
Temporary commissioners, check-in managers, evaluation managers, team managers, coaches, contacts, adult players, and other users receive only the access assigned to them. Organization owners and commissioners are responsible for reviewing assignments and removing access when it is no longer required.
Draft It All may rely on authorized instructions from an organization owner or commissioner concerning organization access, configuration, participant information, and deletion, subject to individual privacy rights and applicable law.
5. Participant Information
Authorized adults may enter or upload participant information reasonably necessary for check-in, evaluation, drafting, team assignment, roster management, scheduling, attendance, and related team operations. This may include names, stable identifiers, pinnie or jersey information, positions, attendance or check-in status, evaluation ratings and notes, custom registration columns selected by the organization, draft status, team assignment, auction unit values, roster fields, and authorized contact information.
By entering, uploading, viewing, editing, or exporting participant information, you represent that you are authorized to handle it, that required notices and permissions have been provided or obtained, and that the information is reasonably necessary for the organization’s permitted activities.
Do not upload Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, health-insurance information, detailed medical information, passwords, precise home-location information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the Service. Organizations are responsible for reviewing spreadsheet columns before upload and selecting only information they are authorized to use.
6. Organization Data and License
Organizations and their authorized users retain ownership of information they submit. You grant Draft It All a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, copy, reproduce, transform, and store submitted information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of information your organization needs for its records. Draft It All should not be the organization’s only permanent records system.
7. Draft Decisions and Results
Each organization is responsible for establishing draft rules, confirming participant eligibility, configuring settings, reviewing preassignments and team orders, monitoring selections, resolving disputes, verifying results and exports, and correcting mistakes before distributing rosters.
Draft It All does not guarantee that draft results will be error-free, uninterrupted, accepted by an organization, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users should confirm important results independently.
Completed draft records may be preserved as historical records. Team Management changes do not rewrite the completed source draft unless the Service expressly states otherwise.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or unrelated purposes; access data without authorization; misrepresent your identity or role; upload information without authority; bypass security controls; interfere with the Service; introduce malicious code; conduct automated attacks; reverse engineer the Service except where law permits; resell access without permission; or use participant information for advertising, solicitation, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
You may not attempt to identify, contact, or communicate with a minor participant except through the organization’s authorized procedures and adult-controlled relationships.
9. Free, Beta, and Changing Features
Draft It All may be offered without charge and may include beta, preview, or evolving features. Features may contain errors, change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Draft It All does not promise a specific level of availability, support, storage, or functionality unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Draft It All may offer paid features later. You will not be charged unless pricing is disclosed and you affirmatively agree to applicable payment terms.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to the Draft It All Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes information categories, purposes, disclosures, service providers, retention, security practices, and privacy choices.
11. Third-Party Services
Draft It All relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database and storage services, email delivery, and selected safety or moderation functions. Draft It All is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a third-party provider outside Draft It All’s reasonable control. Third-party links are subject to the destination provider’s terms and privacy practices.
12. Exports and Downloads
The Service may allow authorized users to export draft pools, evaluations, rosters, draft results, event information, attendance information, spreadsheets, and other organization information. Once information is exported, the organization and downloading user are responsible for protecting, distributing, retaining, and deleting the exported copy. Draft It All cannot control copies stored or shared outside the Service.
13. Deletion, Reset, and Inactive Organizations
Authorized commissioners may reset drafts or delete divisions, teams, Team Management workspaces, or organizations where the Service permits. The Service may display confirmation warnings before destructive operations. Users are responsible for exporting information they need before confirming deletion.
Deletion may remove teams, participant information, contacts, check-in records, evaluations, draft history, picks, invitations, chat content, calendar data, attendance data, and related records. Some deletion actions may be irreversible after any stated recovery period ends.
Draft It All may archive or delete inactive organizations or workspaces after extended inactivity and advance notice where practicable. Deleted information may remain temporarily in secured backups, security records, moderation records, or system logs until overwritten or removed under applicable retention procedures.
14. Team Management Workspaces
After a draft is finalized, an authorized commissioner may create and publish separate Team Management workspaces based on the finalized roster. Draft It All may also permit standalone Team Management setup independent of a draft. A Team Management workspace is an editable operational workspace and does not alter the completed draft record.
Before publication, Team Management setup information remains limited to authorized commissioners. Publishing activates authorized manager and mapped-contact relationships and creates pending informational invitations. Publication does not necessarily send invitation emails immediately. Authorized email addresses may have access once the applicable relationship, verified login, and adult-account requirements are satisfied, even if an informational invitation email has not yet been sent.
Team Management may include roster management, coach and contact management, chat, team email, calendar, event recurrence, locations, attendance and availability, reminders, notifications, and account/privacy controls.
Resetting or replacing a source draft does not modify or delete an existing published Team Management workspace unless the Service expressly provides otherwise.
15. Team Management Roles and Access
Team Management may be used by adult commissioners, adult managers and coaches, adult contacts, and adult players. Minor players remain non-login roster profiles. Access is determined by organization, division, team, role, verified login email, and authorized relationships.
Commissioners and managers must remove access promptly when it is no longer required. Removal ends access to the applicable team or organization unless another authorized role remains.
Only authorized commissioners and managers may access manager-only participant information. Adult contacts and adult players receive only the team-visible information permitted for their role and relationships.
16. Contact Information and Display Choices
An email address or phone number used for authentication, team relationships, or service delivery is not automatically displayed to other team members.
Where available, an adult may separately choose to display the adult’s email address and phone number to a team. Display choices are off by default. Each channel is controlled separately and may include a waiting period before ordinary team visibility begins. A user may cancel a pending display choice or turn display off, which ends ordinary team visibility as provided by the Service.
Managers and commissioners may not enable another adult’s personal directory-display choice on that adult’s behalf. A parent or contact’s display choice applies only to that adult’s information and never authorizes display of a child’s email address or phone number.
Hiding an address or phone number from the team directory does not prevent Draft It All from using the information for authentication, security notices, required service communications, authorized invitations, or other permitted operational purposes.
17. Team Chat, Photos, Reactions, and User Content
Authorized adult team members may post permitted text messages, reactions, and photos in team chat. Messages and uploaded content must relate to legitimate team activities and may not contain harassment, threats, unlawful content, impersonation, advertising, unnecessary sensitive child information, emergency instructions, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Users may have tools to edit, delete, star, react to, report, or block content or users. Authorized managers and commissioners may moderate or remove content for team safety and policy enforcement. Reported or removed content may remain temporarily in restricted moderation, security, or audit records.
Uploaded photos may be technically validated, resized, reformatted, quarantined, or reviewed by automated or manual safety processes before or after ordinary display. Draft It All does not guarantee that automated moderation will identify every inappropriate image.
Chat is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency service. Users should contact emergency services or appropriate organization personnel for urgent safety matters.
18. Team Email, Invitations, and Notifications
Authorized adult team members may use in-app tools to send permitted team email. Recipient selectors may identify adult contacts by name and associated player without revealing a hidden email address. Bulk deliveries may use individualized, blind-copy, or provider-managed delivery.
Publishing a Team Management workspace may create pending invitation records without sending them. Authorized commissioners may later use SEND INVITATIONS or a similar control to send informational invitation emails. Access rights are determined by the underlying authorized relationship and account requirements, not solely by receipt of an invitation email.
Normal team email and notifications are subject to recipient preferences where available. Security, authentication, required service, and properly authorized safety communications may be handled separately as disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Users may not use team email for commercial advertising, unrelated solicitation, harassment, or unauthorized disclosure. Commissioners may suspend sending privileges when reasonably necessary.
19. Calendar, Events, Recurrence, Attendance, and Availability
Authorized managers and commissioners may create, edit, cancel, duplicate, or configure recurring team events, including dates, times, arrival times, locations, descriptions, reminders, attendance tracking, and availability deadlines.
Recurring-event tools may allow changes to one occurrence, future occurrences, or related occurrences in a series. Users are responsible for reviewing the selected scope before saving changes.
Authorized adults may submit or manage attendance or availability for connected players and, where permitted, coaches. Event information, locations, attendance, availability, and comments are private team information and may not be republished or used for unrelated purposes.
Users must avoid entering unnecessary medical, custody, precise home-address, or other sensitive child information in events, comments, availability notes, or attendance fields.
Calendar reminders and notifications are conveniences and are not guaranteed. Users remain responsible for confirming event details with their organization.
20. Roster Profiles, Coaches, Contacts, and Editing
Published workspaces may display roster fields selected by the commissioner. Team-visible fields, manager-only fields, editable fields, and locked fields are controlled by role and configuration. Minor contact information is not ordinarily team-visible.
Authorized managers may add, edit, remove, or restore players, coaches, and contacts where the Service permits. Adding an adult coach or contact may create or activate a team relationship associated with the provided email address. Informational invitations may remain pending until separately sent.
Authorized edits create operational Team Management records and may retain change history. They do not rewrite the finalized source draft. Users must correct inaccurate information promptly and may add only information they are authorized to manage.
21. Account and Privacy Requests
Eligible users may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information through the Service or other published request channels. Account deletion requests may require identity verification and review and are not necessarily instantaneous.
Deleting an account does not necessarily require deletion of every organization record associated with that person. Draft It All may retain or de-identify records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, immutable draft history, team-history integrity, or other permitted purposes.
22. Archive, Transfer, and Workspace Deletion
Team Management workspaces may be archived, transferred, detached, scheduled for deletion, restored during a stated recovery period, or permanently deleted by an authorized commissioner where supported. Archived workspaces may become read-only.
An organization may be prevented from deletion while active or unresolved workspaces remain. A workspace scheduled for deletion may be recoverable for a stated period before permanent deletion proceeds, subject to backups and permitted retention exceptions.
Users should export information they are authorized to retain before deletion. Exported copies remain the responsibility of the exporting user and organization.
23. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Draft It All may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or participant information, investigate unauthorized activity, prevent harm, comply with law, address a material violation of these Terms, or preserve Service integrity.
When reasonably practicable, Draft It All will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating an organization.
24. Ownership of the Service
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, and original features, is owned by Draft It All or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Service and do not transfer ownership.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. Draft It All does not warrant that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from data loss. Where a jurisdiction does not permit an exclusion, the exclusion applies only to the maximum extent permitted.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft It All and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including data loss, draft interruption, roster errors, communication failures, missed reminders, scheduling errors, unauthorized organizational actions, or organization disputes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft It All’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Draft It All during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Draft It All and its operator from third-party claims arising from information you submit without proper authority, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of participant information, or your organization’s eligibility, evaluation, placement, draft, roster, communication, or scheduling decisions. This does not require indemnification for Draft It All’s fraud, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts serving Contra Costa County, California.
Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt resolution through the Draft It All Contact Us page.
29. Changes to These Terms
Draft It All may update these Terms as the Service changes. Revised Terms will display an updated effective or last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. When required, users may be asked to accept revised Terms before continuing.
30. General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
31. Contact Us
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
